 Melody is a compassionate and dedicated caregiver who is passionate about helping clients live safely and comfortably at home. She currently provides personalized care for a young adult with quadriplegia who uses a power wheelchair and ceiling-mounted Hoyer lift. Melody assists with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship while providing care with patience, dignity, and respect. 

 Sandrine is a kind-hearted and dependable caregiver who provides compassionate support to a client who uses a wheelchair but is able to stand independently. She assists with dressing, daily routines, and household chores, helping the client maintain his independence while also providing much-needed support and relief to his family caregiver. Sandrine approaches her work with patience, kindness, and respect, making her a valued member of the Franchil care team. 

 Michelle brings over 20 years of caregiving experience and a strong commitment to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. She provides dependable backup care when needed and currently supports a wheelchair user with a lower-limb amputation who uses a prosthetic leg. Michelle assists with applying the prosthesis, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and daily activities while encouraging safe activity and greater independence. Her experience, reliability, and compassionate approach make her a valued member of the Franchil care team.
